Poem: Wondering Why...

A Poem...

Wondering Why…?

Hello there, LOL! How do you do?

Oh, yes! Today I am talking to you!

Me? How am I do you ask?

A Granny, questions can be quite a task.

No, I do not wonder why the sky is blue,

Or if Santa Claus is really, really true,

Or why wisdom teeth made nobody wise…

Just a loving Granny… thought awfully nice.

Also not wondering why we do not fly sitting in a train,

But I wonder… Were languages invented so we can complain?

Quite obvious it is why we can’t have soup with a fork…

Or why babies do not really arrive with the stork,

But now I truly wonder… How… Can you…

Believe everything the ones in power say is true?

Or do you just think: “It was always so! They say…We obey.”

Want another chocolate biscuit… with marshmallows, dear?

It’s really very fresh, right here… and even everywhere…
